Mike Nicholls – Managing Director
Mike manages the Chesterton Gibraltar business, having previously been finance director of a Gibraltar based international property investment and development company.
Mike is a qualified chartered accountant (ex-KPMG) with over 20 years post qualification experience predominantly in the property, finance, funds and marketing sectors. Mike has significant experience of property related transactions, property development, offshore tax planning, the raising of both debt and equity, and corporate finance.
Mike also manages a real estate investment consultancy and acts as a non-executive director of three regulated experienced investor funds in Gibraltar.
Mike is licensed by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar as an Experienced Investor Fund Director, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, a member of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants, a member of the Gibraltar Funds & Investments Association and a board director of the Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce.
Out of hours, Mike spends time with his wife and two children and tries to improve his golf handicap when he can. Mike also avidly follows the fortunes of West Ham United.

Tim Benson - Head of Sales & Corporate Services
Tim has lived in Gibraltar since 1990, the best part of that time dedicated to property sales and services in Gibraltar and Spain.
Tim runs the corporate services division for Chesterton Gibraltar and takes care of commercial property sales and rentals, as well as relocation services. During this time he has relocated several major blue chip companies and has settled over 300 individuals and families both in Gibraltar and nearby Spain. He benefits from a wealth of experience covering all aspects of relocation and prides himself on sound local knowledge and excellence in customer service.
An avid sailor, Tim likes to spend as much time on the sea as possible and has been fortunate enough to have sailed to many destinations; Morocco, Portugal and the South of France to name a few. He has recently taken up golf, though would admit he is better at sea than on the fairway. |

Jacky Dyer-Carreras - Head of Lettings
Jacky was born in Gibraltar and has served the Gibraltar property market since 2005, prior to which she worked at Credit Suisse. Jacky joined Chesterton Gibraltar in 2008.
As head of the residential lettings division, she manages Chesterton’s portfolio of properties dealing with landlords and tenants on a daily basis. She advises a number of Chesterton’s buy-to-let clients with her vast experience of the rental market. She has excellent customer service skills and a wealth of local knowledge. Furthermore, with a background in property management and accounts she is well placed to assist and advise those considering entering the rental market.
In her free time Jacky likes to spend time with her family and is a keen baker with a talent for creating the most wonderful cupcakes! |
